Re: do photocopies need to be notarized

Hi Naresh,

I was very surprise to see that your time line, you applied in October
2002 and you recieved your assessment letter in November.  So Buffalo
has started assessing October applicants? How come it is written on
their website that they are still assessing June 2002 applicants? That
is strange !!
