do photocopies need to be notarized

I got the initial assessment from Buffalo.  It was dated Nov 18.  They
are asking for the following:
1) FBI clearance - I know how to do this cos I have already done it
once
2) Certified true copy of current employment letter - Does this mean
original or notarized photocopy?
3) Photocopies of W2, paystubs, bank letter, bank statements - Do
these have to be notarized?  I am planning to notarize the bank letter
but not the others because they are quite a few in number.

Can others who have been in a similar situation advise me as to
whether they sent notarized photocopies or just photocopies for each
of the above documents?

Applied to Buffalo under Skilled Worker category - Oct 2002
AOR - Nov 2002
Initial Assessment (Interview Waived) - Nov 18, 2003

I submitted all documents (including IELTS, transcripts, etc.) at the
time of application in Oct 2002 and ensured that my application was
thorough and complete.

ps:  How do some of you change your email IDs to include the word
"REMOVE" or "NOSPAM"?  I dont see any option to change my displayed
email address when I post a message.  Did you actually create an email
address itself with the word "REMOVE" or "NOSPAM"?
