Here is an idea for those who have been discussing the H-1B re-entry issue into the US from Canada. We all know that if the visa stamp application is denied in Canada, we cannot return to the US and must travel directly to our respective home countries to get the US visa stamp. Therefore, we need to maximise our chances of getting the visa stamp in Canada. How about if we take an FBI clearance report from the US with us when applying for the US visa stamp in Canada? Will it give us a positive advantage, or at least expedite whatever "security check" the US consulate needs to perform? Any ideas?
