Some more questions

Just a couple more questions:



As a UK citizen what is considered as proof of common law relationship -
I have lived with my partner for 5 years and we own a house together,
have joint bank accounts etc.



My partner is currently in the final year of a degree which she is due
to complete in June but we are intending to start applying before
Christmas but given the length of the process can this qualification be
added to the application and proof sent in once she graduates. Mark
sheets are available for her first two years.
