I am not in the US. i used to be in US...i also have a fbi clearance
but it is more than 6 months old. I got it done because i was planning
to
apply for canadian pr but i didnt pursue it as the pass mark was too
high.
so this time i have to get finger prints done in india. I have mailed
fbi to send me blank fingerprints cards to my india address.
i plan to apply sometime next year after april.
