Landing

Hi



I want to land canada through NY-Toronto border, caould any one tell
me that landing is allowed by this border or i have to land some
other border. Moreover iam from pakistan so before crossing the
canadaian border first i have to report INS on that border that iam
leaving the country.



Will appreciate your help.
