Has the Ottawa address for sending the medicals changed

Hi all,

My application date 12/04/01,letter recieved in 2003 march with
medicals and Interview not waived, file transferred to LA. Did the
medicals, didn't wait for
7-10 months, sent them in April 2003. 

Got the CAIPS done, my husband's medical is not mentioned anywhere. We
have the photocopy of the blank medical form, so we thought we will
get it done again, and resend them. Is that the right way to do it.

Also now someone told us the address for sending the medicals in
Ottawa has changed. Does anybody has the new address, any news on the
address change.

We want to send them in 2 days, please any help would be appreciated.
