Which visa post did you apply in and when did you send your
application?

Look at the processing times in that visa post to get an idea.
However, you can only make a guess - you can never be certain that
your IELTS results will reach them before your case gets initial
assessment.

If your particular visa post is processing faster, then the time
between issuing file number and initial assessment may only be a
couple of months.
On the other hand, it can be a year as well for slower posts.

Why not take the test and include all documents before applying?
