139-visa applications

Hello Richard - hope all's well with you in sunny Edinburgh!



We are seeing 139-ers through pretty quickly at the moment, to the point
where we are suggesting that clients might lodge their penal
certificates with the visa application with the medicals lodged as soon
as we have a file reference.



By pretty quickly I mean the timeline mirrors the Skilled - STNI and
Skills Matching with State Nomination applications I mentioned on
another thread - ie 2 to 4 months for visa grant.
