FIRST INTERNATIONAL RELEASE : free multilanguages medical software and channel of tv-training

Pictoris is a social project realised and hold by more than 250
practitionners and computer scientists acutely ill. They have realised
the only free international multilanguages medical software for general
practitionners and specialists : DIGIT MEDIC 11. This version has a new 
graphical interface and more than 500 new functions.

On the 13th February 2004, DIGIT MEDIC will include THE FIRST CHANNEL
OF INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL TRAINING (in four languages) which will
broadcast surgery operations inworld premiere, informations on
international alerts ( epidemics, preventive informations,...). The
contents will be made by the greastest international universities and
also by a number of researchers.

MULTILANGUAGES :

Unique at the international level : DIGIT MEDIC is multilanguages ( 55
languages before the end of December 2003) . An establishment or a
practitionner can translate Digit Medic without knowing anything about
computer science.

DIGIT MEDIC is free for sinlge station and  includes the following
specialisations :
generalists, gynecologists, pediatricians, endocrinologists,
radiologists, nutritionists, surgeons, physiotherapists,
speech-language pathologists, chiropodists and two free modules of
specialisations.

Digit Medic works on Windows 95 to XP - MAC OS (9 and X)- PalmOS and
Windows CE - It¹s compatible XML and it¹s natively Internet network.

Foreseen Innovations for 2003 / 2004 :

Let¹s mention between others : dentistry, dermatology, neurology,
psychiatry, oncology, ophtalmology, anesthesia, cardiovascular surgery
, and emergency physician.

An independant representation has been created in Africa (Senegal) and
a foundation is ongoing to be made.
