Re: Remove toxins and cleanse for a healthy body

Well, we have a twit here
Idiots like this one are usually shilling for, or selling some MLM scam

If in fact, she is so stupid as to believe in "toxins" and "cleansing" she should be pitied, because the frauds she believes in will take her for a ride

I notice that this is crossposted all over the map, so ,odds are 10/1 that she is just another fucking scammer.

I disagree with whoever said that this subject is off-topic. I have
diabetes due to an autoimmune situation that is now threating my thyroid as
well. Since autoimmune disorders are now being associated with toxins in
the body, I've become quite interested in doing a little "de-toxing" myself.
Health of a diabetic goes beyond blood sugar readings.

That having been said, I will address Louise, and any others who may
benefit. I have just finished reading a book by Stephen Edelson called "What
your doctor may not tell you about autoimmune disorders...". I will admit
that he was a bit extreme for me and now that I've finished reading it, I'm
still not sure how to get started, but it did talk about the different
toxins that may be in the body and how they get there. And he definitely
recommended finding out from a doctor what those toxins were before trying
to purge them. It was good background information on toxins whether it
relates to autoimmune diseases or not.

Good luck.

I'm interested in finding out how to cleanse and remove toxins from
your body. Are there any benefits and drawbacks of this.
