looking for people who have had total hip replacements

Hello, I am writing a book on total hip replacements based on my own
experience of having my extremely arthritic hip replaced this past April.  I
plan to devote a chapter on other people's experiences and am looking for
volunteers to tell me about their own hip replacements.  I have a very short
questionnaire for people to fill out which should not take more than 10 to
15 minutes.
