protests.

the following are all involved in getting this into our newsgroup.
please write to them, and the poster (use email, please, not a post to
the newsgroup - they never read the newsgroups). be sure to include a
full header. without a full header, the ISP doesn't know how to trace
the offending post. mine follows as a sample:
