The technology to produce power via fusion reactions does not exist. And, to the best of my knowledge, there's no hope of it in the foreseeable future. Sure, we can create fusion reactions, but only very brief ones, and they consume more power than they release. "Lithium is available in abundance in the seawater"??? I don't want to swimming in your seawater!
