How can I tell if a Lexmark toner cartridge is used?

Hi. to make a long story short, i need to know if my lexmark toner
cartridge is used or not. i dont have a printer to put it in, havent
seen a new one to compare to, etc.

its a black toner E210 cartridge, 10S0150.

mine does not have any stickers on it. does that mean stickers were
pulled off it and it is therefore used? the green cylinder has no
toner dust on it. is that a sign of newness or oldness?

please let me know how i can figure this it out.
