Nah, this is a classic scam.

I exchanged a few emails with the guy. He expects you to send him 
Western Union the money to Romania! Right.

Also be weary of people asking for escrow services and point you to an 
escrow website. Those are FAKE sites with the sole purpose of stealing 
your information away (you are required to provide a whole bunch of 
information to the 'escrow' service).

Be safe, be smart, be vigilant.
