WTB: Network IP Camera (ethernet) <200

looking for a somewhat inexpensive Network/IP Ethernet Camera/Server like
the Hawking nc200, trendware ip200, axis2100 etc. for the home network.
trying to keep it beginner cheap to initially learn  ;)
