Advice needed on modem purchase

I am planning on buying my own modem after I switch to another server.  They
are offering three different models, different prices of course.  I know
nothing about any of them and am looking for advice.

The three offered are:

Gnet  BB0060

D-Link 300G

Alcatel SpeedTouch 510
