If you are doing both during the same workout I would recommend doing
the weightlifting first. Since form is very important when lifting
weights, you don't want to be in a fatigued state that would occur if
you did it right after cardio. Being fatigued while lifting could lead
to poor form and injury.

Of course you can always do a light short cardio as a warm up before
lifting weights but anything more than that would not be a good idea
IMO.
