Most of the charts I've seen refer to a "150lb male" burns about 100 calories per mile.
E-Z cook ideas -- fry up meat patties (beef, pork, whatever). Cook some rice -- multiple servings at once, then portion out & fridge/freeze for later nuking. Frozen veggies are easy to nuke (just read the directions on the package).
Salad bar -- not only for "salad" but for pre-cut ingredients for stir-fry.

About how many calories am I burning? With clothes, I weigh 160lbs. and could stand to lose some pounds. :) I'm more on the chunky side as opposed to fat..
As for dieting, my eating habit includes 100% fruit juices, dinners prepped by Foodtown, frozen dinners, pasta and Chunky soups. Yes, there is the occaisional sandwiches. Never really learned to cook other than this. Any ideas as to what I can do?
