Most of the charts I've seen refer to a "150lb male" burns about 100 calories per mile. E-Z cook ideas -- fry up meat patties (beef, pork, whatever). Cook some rice -- multiple servings at once, then portion out & fridge/freeze for later nuking. Frozen veggies are easy to nuke (just read the directions on the package). Salad bar -- not only for "salad" but for pre-cut ingredients for stir-fry. "Barry Brindisi" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > About how many calories am I burning?
