Your body is probably craving carbs to replace what you are burning. Go easy on the bread, pasta, enriched flours and try to stick with a good chicken breast salad or even a low-sugar yogurt with fruit. You need a good mix of carbs and protein along with adequate liquids to keep you feeling satisfied without overdoing it.
