Let me know. I'm not sure rice is a great answer for that - highly glycemic. There have been studies done on the effect of weightlifting, but I'll have to do some digging. Are you disputing that muscle burns calories? The bottom line is I agree most people can easily eat there way to being overfat (composition being more important than weight).
