Hello All I have started a regular fitness program recently. Part of it involves walking. I have no issues with the pace from the stand point of my cardio-vascular system. My issue is with my feet. Now I have known all my life that I have flat feet. But since I have started this fitness routine, 10 minutes into my walking the soles of my feet are so sore that it's almost enough to force me to stop. The pain is localized to the outsides the soles of both feet. Slowing my pace eases the pain somewhat, but that takes me out of the cardio region of the exercise. I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue and what they may have done to solve this. Should perhaps see a podiatrist about the problem? I am 35 and I have no other health issues other than this one. Thanks in advance. Robert Leominster, Massachusetts
