I was referring to the previous post where Steve and I were discussing this.
I was just trying to compare the actions of robinsom versus his victims.  Mr
Robinson is BOTH unethical and incompetent. And a few other things as well.

I am just saying that this guy goes so far beyond bad service, that he
invites creative work arounds and revenge plots.
