Re: More exercise bike La De Dah at Argos ?



If you have a "proper bike" that you're happy with, why not get a cheap
"turbo trainer" - will work out loads cheaper and you'll have something
better to "ride" on.

Suggest a Cycleops Wind to get you started (available in UK) - resitance
depends on the gear that you're in and the effort you're putting in - ideal
if you're just starting.
