I  was amazed last year when I found the book sitting on the shelf at
a local fitness store. They had several copies. It's quite possible
that commercial customers orders are being filled ahead of (and
instead of) individual orders.
For Randy, it was Fitness Direct who have a store in Saskatoon as
well.
