Re: Calories in fruits/milk ?

Great Question...First, don't concentrate heavily on one or two basics
in your meal plan. Eat a large variety of good foods, closest to
their natural state, such as fruits, veggies, etc. Most fruits are
great to eat. I had read that bananas are not so good, and may weaken
your liver (which is like the body's oil filter). Stick to watery
types of fruits like melon, pineapple, plums etc. Apples are also
great for the digestive system (an apple a day = no dr.)
Eat alot of them.

Milk is great for a good weight loss diet as long as it's low fat.
Recent findings prove that dairy calcium (in low fat form, meaning
yogurts, milk, cheese, etc.) actually turns on your body's fat-burning
mechanism by releasing a certain hormone found only in dairy (calcium
supplements don't do the same).

Eat at least 3 servings of low dairy calcium per day, eat alot of
fresh fruit because canned often contains added sugars. Lots of
veggies, whole grains and lien proteins and I think you'll find this
to help.
