Certainly, this 90 minute figure is one of the parameters. An elite athlete, by definition, does not engage in moderate exercise. Also, an elite athlete really cannot be Jack LaLanne at age 89. I would say that Jack's workouts are not moderate either. Just thought that you might want to know. :)
