If we're to believe what we read, fitness is a huge problem among
children today.  Obesity is at the highest levels ever, and
adult-onset diabetes among kids is more and more common every day. 
The problem seems to be inactivity.  Many children are eating entirely
wrong and getting little physical activity.  Playing outside seems to
have been replaced by video games and TV.  I'm going entirely on what
I was told by a pediatrician a few days ago, but from what I see, it's
fact.
