If we're to believe what we read, fitness is a huge problem among children today. Obesity is at the highest levels ever, and adult-onset diabetes among kids is more and more common every day. The problem seems to be inactivity. Many children are eating entirely wrong and getting little physical activity. Playing outside seems to have been replaced by video games and TV. I'm going entirely on what I was told by a pediatrician a few days ago, but from what I see, it's fact.
