Re: elliptical machine and sneakers



    4 years is WAYYY too long to be wearing the same sneakers, especially if
you are working out in them. I believe the "experts" suggest new shoes every
500 miles for proper support of your arches, back etc. That would mean at 5
miles a day, just for an example, a new pair every 3 or 4 months.
