Most people can find 90 spare minutes on a weekend.

Two hours a day would yield 140 miles for an elite runner. This is generally
considered high milage even for an elite marathon specialist. A competitive 
club runner could get by on about 40-70 miles/week and keep it down to about 
1hr/day on weekdays.
