I track current health research. :) And, there have been quite a few studies published that knocked vitamin usage because they tested them under a bizarre set of circumstances. One such study pronounced vitamin E ineffective because it didn't prevent people with heart disease from having another heart attack. Just thought that you might want to know. :)
