I reckon I should have lost about eight pounds. What > gives? Have I gained that much muscle? Will I start seeing faster > weight loss soon? I suggest you learn to lift weights. Particularly as I have gotten older it has been more and more effective for me and, after years of 100 mile bike rides and 18 mile runs, I do very little traditional aerobic exercise and am thinner, stronger, _and_ in better cardiovascular shape than I was when I ran 30 miles/week. My body fat is about 10%, I'm 48 years old, just shy of 5'8" tall, and weighed 149 lbs. this morning. My resting pulse is in the 40's. More info on my web site. -S- http://www.kbnj.com
