Re: Running in marathons impairs immunity



It has been well know for many, many years that while physical training
improves your immunity system, there is a period of time after a strenuous
workout when you immunity is suppressed.

I believe on key is to act as if your immunity system is temporarily weak:
don't get a chill, rest, etc.
