I would completely change your design. This has the look of a Cheapass game.(http://www.cheapass.com). They are a publisher of low cost games that can be quite fun, although they look like they were printed off of a laser printer. Following their design methodology, I would print your board on cardstock, and supply simple tokens that I purchase from a company like Rolco games. (http://www.rolcogames.com/). The rules would come on a single sheet of paper, and the whole game would fit into a plastic bag. Comic book bags would be pretty good for this since they also come reinforced with cardboard. Since you are selling them to kids and your not a known designer, I would price them at less than $5. Jeff
