Once you know this, type up a letter to all your friends, friendly acquaintances, and family at the top and send it to all of them. You're asking for their help. The help you're asking for is if they know people that match these requirements. Not necessarily people that would be looking to go into business with you but just meet the requirements. Fire it off and see what leads you get. Go and talk to those people who meet those requirements and pitch yourself to them. Not necessarily as someone's that trying to get them to join you but as someone that you want to possibly point you in the direction of people that might be. You're selling yourself and your business idea to them and they might do likewise to someone that might be interested in joining you. Also, consider what can be done by other businesses and consider starting up a joint venture with them. Naturally, start attending the appropriate association meetings and network there. Be open about what you want to do. Be positive about it. Just don't be pushy or desperate. It will take you a while to draw water from the pump but keep at it and see what comes out. Good luck!
