High School Sudent Needs Help

Hi there, I am a high school student doing a project in my English
class. For an assignment in that class I was asked to pick a career I
am interested in and do some research on that field of work. For my
career I picked to be a small business owner(entrepreneur). Though am
open to any business, I am thinking on running an automotive business
involving auto body, auto technician or customizing. So far I have
done all the research but still need to conduct an interview. In order
to accomplish that requirement I ask from you to please answer some if
