Try the simple approach first.  Find out who makes the slot machines, visit
their websites, and see if you can find the email address of someone that
would at least be able to point you in the right direction.  Personally, I'd
seek a meeting with them to present your software to them.

Another way would be contacting the gaming commissions, especially in
Nevada.  Tell them what you've developed and ask them if they think its
something that casinos would need.  If so, who would they recommend you
contact.  Ask them if it should be the casinos and/or the slot machine
makers.
