Lloyd,
Are you going to sell the placements to the restaurant or will you
sell advertising on the place mats and then give them to the
restaurant? I ask because restaurants, especially now, are probably
squeezed on profits, which means they squeeze costs. The only place
mats I've seen locally (outside Philadelphia, PA) are either "tray
mats" in fast food places or they are advertising media for local
small businesses.
