Do all website > visitors expect every small business to put on corporate airs? ------------------------ Dear Brian, As far as shipping right away, I state in my website that customers should email the order first and i will tell them what the current product availability and shipping timetable is. I have most merchandise on hand so usually I can ship right away and in this case, I have a gift biz and sometimes people need shipment with a deadline because of an occasion or holiday so that's an issue. As far as credibility is concerned, I would probably avoid saying that you create merchandise in your bathroom or garage but rather a workshop. If the product is good and desired, what does it matter anyway? To conclude, try to stay as professional as possible. Good luck, Harriet http://paperandimages.home.att.net
