My wife has been in Avon for about 2 months. Shortly after she
started, she went to a store that made name badges. She had a badge
made that looked like this:
AVON
(her name)
INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
It is gold with black lettering. It only cost her about $9,00.
When she got it, she would wear it almost anywhere. She would carry
about 2-3 books in her purse all the time. When she is out, I can't
tell you how many people stop her and ask "Do you sell Avon?" The
person then asks for a book, which she gives her (which, of course,
has her name & phone on it). Then she takes down the person's name and
phone number and follows up with her within a day or two. I know she
has about 20-25 customers just from that alone.
That $9.00 investment has resulted in about $400 in sales in a short
time. I urge you to do the same.
