Marketing Avon

My wife has been out of work for a few months so she is trying to build her
Avon business so she won't have to go back to work. We don't have the $27.00
per week our local paper charges for the 15 word ad in their weekly paper,
and we don't like spamming.

Can anyone give us some ideas on how to market my wife's business to gain
more customers?
