If you clearly state the expected delivery time, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. When I order something, I expect to get it right away. In fact, I will search out places that can do it in one or two days if it is an option. The common exception would be something that is custom made for each order, or is artistic in nature. People expect that to take time. > If a person see an interesting ad, they go > to the web site, and I tell them These thing are created in my > bathromm or garage, would that hurt my credibility. Do all website > visitors expect every small business to put on corporate airs? I don't know if you need to tell them this level of detail. You want to avoid telling people things that would make them think that you are fly by night, and might just keep their money and not send the product. Also, if these ads are print ads, make sure you give a way to order that does not require the Internet...there are still a lot of folks out there that avoid the net when possible. -john- -- ==================================================================== John A.
