But if you considder the enormity of the problem of building a RBS, you simply cannot do it in your garage. The servers ,air conditioning, dust filtering, Primary Power System, Secondary Power System, the electrical engineering, fire supression, and the secure building to house it all, could cost millions before you had your first customer. Wow, this is maybe a 20,000 sqft (or more) concrete tiltup building or better yet a solid concrete-lined earth-sheltered bunker, built into a hillside, with T1, would need to be near a telco hub, possibly an old missile silo, or government facility, if one was available. I would use a preexisting facility or build my own. Something that won't burn and would shield against Electro Magnetic Interference.
