Interesting concept. Do you think the commercial kitchen might fall under 
Independent Contractor status or employee status?

As an IC it works under its own license, as  your employee, it works under your
license. 

How about "borrowing" chefs from  Indian/Sri Lankan restaurants, to create
signature dishes in your rented kitchen, to co-promote and co-advertise on your
site.

The outer packaging, can carry advertisement or special offers, to promote
continued patronage.
