SEEKING IT Consultancy for Purchase, Expansion, or Representation

We are looking for small, established IT consultancies.  You must have
actively conducted business during the past year and be in full compliance
of corporate registration, VAT, and income tax requirements.  YOUR SALES
VOLUME OR PROFITABILITY will not be an issue.  At issue will be:

    o    Are you interested in selling your legally-constituted business?
If you are not
          currently doing business in our specific niche you may elect to
keep your client list
          and could continue to do business under another name.

    o    Are you interested in expanding your business?  We will discuss
setting up a
          new branch office in a very profitable niche area of IT consulting
in any of the markets
          listed below.
