purchase a lock box

Local businesses or residents can purchase a lock box that can be
located
in a visible spot to hold keys for entry. The program is named after
the
company that created the locked boxes. 

If the fire alarm goes off or if an emergency occurs when no one is in
the building,
the fire department will be able to open the box and retrieve the keys
to gain entry
into the building without having to knock the door down. 

I think this is dum because you can knock out a window or knock down
a door faster then unlocking 2 doors to gain entry.
