That's grouping all citizens who choose to carry guns into one large group and labeling them "anticipated criminals." I have a concealed carry permit and have had it for 5 years. I do carry a weapon frequently (while not on duty), and I DO NOT have any plan to use it (unless I need to protect myself or friends/family). I resent the implication made in the original post.
