You've got me curious, and > I'd rather hear it from a presumably more knowledgable source. If you watch the newscast it points it out very well. Women and minorities are 'moved up' in the line. Also note that the newscaster claimed that the training was "harder for the women, but more and more women are passing, thanks to 'special training'" Why does one group need "special training"?
